In the UFO, there is an Atom Splicer that can be used to split and recombine items. Split both the cow and hay bale into their respective parts, then combine the cow's horn and needle from the hay stack to create the spiked jacket.
5th Paul[]
Once you get inside of the cruise ship with Coach Oleander, take control of the pianist on the stage. Play these piano keys in order: A1, C2, D2, F1, G1, G1, A1, A1.

- The "Brütal" achievement is obviously a reference to Brütal Legend, another game by Double Fine set in a heavy metal-themed world.
