Boyd's former boss is a man that previously employed Boyd Cooper to work at his establishment as a security guard. He later fired Boyd because of customer complaints and lawsuits regarding his reckless behavior. Boyd later returned to the establishment and set it aflame using a Molotov Cocktail. It is unknown if his boss was killed in the explosion or survived.
