Charlie Psycho Delta was an underwater laboratory built by the Psychonauts to study a nearby psilirium deposit. Due to the harmful radiation emitted by the Psilirium, the facility was eventually evacuated and abandoned. Years later, It was briefly taken over by Dr. Loboto for use as a sanctuary to imprison the head of the Psychonauts, Truman Zanotto. The facility was later destroyed in an implosion triggered by Dr. Loboto.

Raz must find and save his friends from the effects of the Psilirium poisoning. To leave the facility, Raz must enter the minds of the fish swimming outside using clairvoyance. To gain access to the fish, Raz must input the correct codes in the nearby computers to activate a button to open the window shutters, revealing the fish. The codes can be found taped to the dentist chair mirror and inside the fish guard's comic books. One of the codes will open the psilirium storage tank, while the other will open the window shutters. The codes are randomized in each playthrough of the game.
Trivia[]
- If the player looks in the direction of where Loboto is supposed jumpscare Raz before the flood, he will not spawn. The jumpscare will only trigger if the player is looking away.
