Dr. Touch is one of the senses that Raz meets in PSI King's Sensorium. He represents Helmut Fullbear's sense of touch as well has Helmut's mental representation of Otto Mentallis.
Appearance[]
Dr. Touch wears a red coat over a stripped orange sweater. His head is one large pink hand with five fingers. He wears an orange-red color scheme.
Personality[]
As he represents Otto Mentallis, he is the smartest member of the band, and is not afraid to show it. He also plays the organ.
Story[]
Dr. Touch's story is minor, as it's just one piece of PSI King's Sensorium. He is partnered with Audie O in the mind and sends Raz to find their instruments. After finding and returning them, they can help play Cosmic I/Smell the Universe with their fellow band members.

- It was mentioned on Instagram by Emily Johnstone that Dr. Touch was a favorite among the Psychonauts 2 character animators.
- Dr. Touch was described on Instagram by DoubleFine art director Emily Johnstone as a "doctor of love".
- When using Clairvoyance on Dr. Touch, he sees Raz as a pink-tinted version of himself with enlarged hands.
- When asked by Raz if he thinks the name Dr. Touch sounds creepy, he mentions some of his earlier stage names which includes "Organ Master", "Finger Dude", and "Flesh Friend".
