The Hyperhyglaciator was a device created by Otto Mentallis to freeze Maligula. It's designed purpose was to amplify the Psychic Six's hydrokinetic abilities to perform cryokinesis on a massive scale. During the Battle of Grulovia, it succeeded in incapacitating Maligula, however Helmut Fullbear was caught in the crossfire and his body was frozen beneath Lake Grulovia.
During the events of the game, the hyperhyglaciator can be found overturned in the remains of what used to be Otto's lab in Green Needle Gulch.
