Lili's grandmother was an unnamed character that is referenced throughout the Psychonauts series but never explicitly named. She was a member of the Zanotto family. She was the mother of Truman Zanotto, grandmother of Lili Zanotto, sister/sister-in-law to Bob Zanotto, possible daughter/daughter in law to Tia Zanotto, and sister-in-law to Helmut Fullbear. Truman and Lili's music box used to belong to her. It is unknown how she died.
