The Scavenger Hunt is a collection contest that Razputin can complete that occurs during the events of Psychonauts in order to gain PSI Cadet Ranks awarded by Ranger Cruller.

Description[]

The Scavenger Hunt tasks Raz with finding sixteen items spread throughout the Whispering Rock Psychic Summer Camp. After finding eight of these items, Raz is promoted four ranks and after finding the remaining eight he is promoted another four ranks. Razputin's progress in the hunt can be tracked in his journal.

The following items are part of the Scavenger Hunt:

Cherry Wood Pipe - In the reception area. Stuck in a tree next to the old truck.
Condor Egg - In the reception area. Stuck in a nest after the mind shaft.
Dinosaur Bone - In the reception area. In the tree next to the campfire.
Diver's Helmet - In the lake area. It’s above the boathouse.
Eagle Claw - In the main lodge, near the parking lot.
Fertility Idol - In the reception area, stuck in a beehive.
Fossil - In Sasha's Underground Lab on a ledge:
Glass Eye - In the wilderness. It’s stuck in a sewer grate.
Gold Doubloon - In the lodge area underneath the main building.
Gold Watch - At the asylum on top of the Houston thorney fountain.
Golden Acorn - In a cave between the wilderness and lake. A squirrel holds it.
Miner's Skull - In the wilderness and stuck in a geyser.
Pirate Scope - In the lake area. It’s on a big rock to the left.
Psychonauts Comic - In the lake area, in a tree.
Turkey Sandwich - In the cabin area inside the upper cave.
Voodoo Doll - In the main lodge up in the rafters.
