The sunken schoolbus is a abandoned schoolbus that has sunk to the bottom of the Rhombus of Ruin. It now rests on a broken train track. The schoolbus is constantly circled by sharks, eels, and other ocean life. In Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin, Milla was trapped under a Psilirium induced trance inside the schoolbus following the Pelican crash into the ocean, but was freed by Raz using music therapy.

Milla was stranded inside the schoolbus after the Pelican crashed into the ocean. She was forced under the harmful effects of Psilirium, and believed that the schoolbus was on a direct collision course with a moving train. She also believed the bus was full of terrified children. In reality, the children were the Fish Guard minions of Dr. Loboto and the nearby train was stationary. Once Raz telepathically found Milla, he restored the engine to the bus using electric eels and played her favorite song on the radio to restore her senses.

Puzzle Solutions[]

To snap Milla out of her trance, Raz must change the radio channel to 105.7 to play her favorite song. The song will bring her memories back and cure her of the Psilirium poisoning. Unfortunately, the bus is out of power. To start the engine, trap three electric eels under the hood of the bus. Open the front hood by pressing the horn. Touch the open hood using telekinesis to close it. To stop an eel, press the stop button on the dashboard of the bus. Once the engine is running, change the channel 105.7 to free Milla from the hallucination.

Trivia[]

The Psilirium poisoning caused Milla to experience PTSD from remembering the traumatic event of the burning orphanage.
Some radio channels have unique sounds:
- 90.5 (5th Paul song)
- 94.9 (whale sounds)
- 98.1 (Sasha Nein speaking from inside the Fake UFO)
- 101.1 (Frédéric Chopin's Mazurka Op. 7 No. 1, a piano track also used in Double Fine's Stacking)
- 105.7 (The background music from Milla's Dance Party; this track is needed to progress)
