Telepathy is the psychic ability to speak to others using ones mind. The power seems to be extremely common among psychics, as many characters shown posses this ability. It is a separate PSI-power from mind reading. It is possible to build up psychic defenses against invasive telepathy. When using telepathy, voices have an echo to them.
