“No, it’s the opposite. You’re supposed to tap on the glass to keep their heart rates up. In this predator-free environment their heart rates get dangerously slow. Plus, they love it. I mean, look at ’em jump!”

The Aquarium is a sub-location in the Motherlobe, and more specifically; a beginning point in the Agent's Offices. Various fish similar to the ones seen at the Rhombus of Ruin appear in the tank and a couple of characters can be seen here from time to time like Sam, Chet, Brianne, Coach Oleander and occasional Motherlobe workers.

Description[]

Past the entrance to the Agent's Offices, the Aquarium makes its presence; a large glass with plenty of fishes inside and aquatic plants of different kinds. Usually Oleander uses this location to practice his swimming with that one mermen tail he got from the Cruise Ship at the Rhombus of ruin. In terms of plot for Psychonauts 2, this location has no real purpose other to interact with Sam prior and afterwards of being assigned to a mentor; plus, this is where the Mission Critical Asset Scavenger Hunt is initiated so Raz can retrieves his clothes which were dump by Norma Natividad.

- According to Sam, it is actually recommended to tap on the glass to keep the fish's heart rates up.
Models from the different fishes in Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin were used for the aquarium.
