–True Psychic Tales
"The Noodler" is a psychic supervillain who apparently uses his telepathic powers to give his enemies headaches. So far, he has only been mentioned, and only because he appeared as an antagonist in True Psychic Tales. The comic magazine's tendency to embellish real Psychonauts business might mean that the real-world Noodler, if he even exists, is quite different from his comic counterpart, however.
In Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin, the Noodler can be seen on the cover of True Psychic Tales issue #417, which is found on board the Pelican. He is confronting Sasha and Milla, and preventing them from attacking with his psychic powers. He is seen here to have a pencil mustache, some sort of heavy metallic eye-wear, and bandages wrapped around his head.
In Psychonauts 2, when Razputin meets Hollis Forsythe for the first time, he mentions that she and Truman Zanotto were featured fighting the Noodler together in issue #146.

- Despite the cover of issue #417 claiming it "introduces" the Noodler, Raz claims that he makes an appearance as early as issue #146.
