The hangar was an area connected to Charlie Psycho Delta that was used to house aircraft. The hangar's main platform was suspended on four ropes connected to the sides of a large chasm. The hangar destroyed during the facility implosion at the end of Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin.

The Pelican was presumably moved into the hangar by Dr. Loboto and his Fish Guards following the crash into the Rhombus of Ruin. Raz, Sasha, Milla, Truman, Lili, Loboto, and Harold are able flee the hangar on board the Pelican before the facility implodes. The fish guard stationed inside the hangar is implied to have died because Raz loses his clairvoyance connection with him once the facility goes up in flames.
